Where is my confirmation email?

After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive an email as soon your order has been dispatched. If you cannot find these emails please check your junk folder.

Where is my order?

Please note we are experiencing some delays in delivery due to Covid-19.

Orders are dispatched first class via the Royal Mail and take 1/4 working days to arrive for UK residents. Please be aware we are experiencing delays due to Covid-19 so your order may take longer than 4 working days to be delivered.

Delivery to USA 5/10 working days.

Delivery to Australia 5/10 working days.

If you still have not received your order by the stated delivery time then email us at bravuraboutique@live.co.uk. Please include your name and order number in the email. 

It is your responsibility to ensure you provide us with the correct and up to date delivery address.

Can I return my order?

Yes, returned items will be provided with store credit.

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit if:

  • The item does not fit you,
  • You are not satisfied with the quality,
  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

      In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements :

      - The item is unworn and in original condition.
      - The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan).                                                           - The item is returned to us within 14 days from delivery date.

      Unfortunately sale items are non-returnable.

      Made to order items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged for a different size.

      We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. If you received free shipping the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

      We always recommend returning your items via a recorded service as we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any items that do not reach us.

      All returns will be processed within 10 business days.

      How do I clean my products?

      All products are hand-wash ONLY unless stated so on the label. This is because most of our products are made from delicate materials that are not suited to machine washes.
